{"id":1035,"date":"2023-08-30T10:26:10","date_gmt":"2023-08-30T10:26:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mefluife-ujagr.es\/?page_id=1035"},"modified":"2023-09-11T09:07:06","modified_gmt":"2023-09-11T09:07:06","slug":"supercomputadores","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mefluife-ujagr.es\/en\/recursos\/supercomputadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Supercomputers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To carry out the numerical calculation, data post-processing and 3D data visualisation tasks of our research lines, we have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">-5 Workstations: <strong>1. <\/strong>AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5975WX\/ RAM 128 GB\/ MD Radeon Pro WX 3200 4 GB GDDR5\/ 2TB SSD + 6 TB HDD. <strong>2. <\/strong>THINKSTATION P620 \/ TR 5965WX \/ RAM 256GB ECC \/ 2TB SSD + 2x4TB HDD \/ T1000 8GB. <strong>3. <\/strong>Intel Xeon 6230R \/ 192 GB RAM DDR4\/ Nvidia Quadro P400 2GB\/ 1TB SSD + 2 TB HDD. <strong>4. <\/strong>Intel Xeon W-2133 \/64Gb RAM\/SSD 512 GB+ 6TB HDD\/ Nvidia Quadro P400 4GB. <strong>5. <\/strong>Intel i5-10400\/32GB RAM\/ NVIDIA 166\/ 1.2TB HDD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;-Calculation clusters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Gauss:<\/strong> Bull cluster: two disk arrays of 24 TB in RAID 5 and 32 TB in raid 6, in 2+2 partitions with a capacity of 8.5 TB each. 32 compute nodes, mainly INTEL model R422 E2 and R424E2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Turing:<\/strong> 16 R424-E3 nodes with 2x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPUs E5-2665, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>SIE node<\/strong>: 2 AMD 7763 2.45 GHz processors (turbo 3.50 Ghz), 64 cores (128 processes) and 256 MB of total L3 cache. 256 GB DDR4\/3200 Mhz ECC registered, in 16 modules of 16 GB. 3.84 TB Kioxia NVME 2.5\" U3 disk, 1TB 2.5\" SSD PNY SATA CS900.
