Supercomputers

To carry out the numerical calculation, data post-processing and 3D data visualisation tasks of our research lines, we have:

-5 Workstations: 1. AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5975WX/ RAM 128 GB/ MD Radeon Pro WX 3200 4 GB GDDR5/ 2TB SSD + 6 TB HDD. 2. THINKSTATION P620 / TR 5965WX / RAM 256GB ECC / 2TB SSD + 2x4TB HDD / T1000 8GB. 3. Intel Xeon 6230R / 192 GB RAM DDR4/ Nvidia Quadro P400 2GB/ 1TB SSD + 2 TB HDD. 4. Intel Xeon W-2133 /64Gb RAM/SSD 512 GB+ 6TB HDD/ Nvidia Quadro P400 4GB. 5. Intel i5-10400/32GB RAM/ NVIDIA 166/ 1.2TB HDD

 -Calculation clusters:

Gauss: Bull cluster: two disk arrays of 24 TB in RAID 5 and 32 TB in raid 6, in 2+2 partitions with a capacity of 8.5 TB each. 32 compute nodes, mainly INTEL model R422 E2 and R424E2.

Turing: 16 R424-E3 nodes with 2x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPUs E5-2665, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD.

SIE node: 2 AMD 7763 2.45 GHz processors (turbo 3.50 Ghz), 64 cores (128 processes) and 256 MB of total L3 cache. 256 GB DDR4/3200 Mhz ECC registered, in 16 modules of 16 GB. 3.84 TB Kioxia NVME 2.5" U3 disk, 1TB 2.5" SSD PNY SATA CS900. R182-Z91 1-U Rack with 1200 W Platinum Level redundant power supply, capacity for 8 x 2.5" SATA disks and 2 x 2.5" NVMe disks, all hot-swappable.
